It was said, in a career-making movie for several involved, and said again several times on this show in obvious reference to that film, that “the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he doesn’t exist.” And you may know that I believe pretty strongly that life imitates art, or more accurately that art anticipates life. So today on Something’s Happening Here we more closely examine some elements of the article we discussed yesterday to determine what might be happening beneath its surface, and how the devil may be hiding in plain sight, pretending he doesn’t even exist.
